The Best Beef Stew EVER!

Today I came home sick from work, and was so relieved that I had made some freezer prepped meals for the crock pot. One of them was beef stew. Not only was it ready to go, it was super tasty, and cost me less than $10 .

Here’s my recipe:
One half pounds of good beef. I bought some good meat from Costco and cut it up myself.

One and a half cups of green beans.
One half white onion chopped
3 stocks of celery chopped
4 chopped red potatoes
Two fresh carrots or 2 handfuls of baby carrots
One can of diced tomatoes
One can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
One and a half teaspoons of powdered garlic – you can never have too much garlic!
Salt and pepper
A couple dashes of wishtoshire sauce
2 beef bullion cubes mixed into a glass of water.

Toss it all into a freezer bag if you want or cook it up and enjoy!

Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
