This is the quote that inspired me to create Kim’s Health Revolution. We spend so much time listening to news anchors, TV doctors, and “specialists” that recommend doing or not doing something. People that advise us what is good to eat, and what isn’t. I believe that although we all have similar needs, we still all function differently. Something that I am doing and seeing success in, may not work for your body  and your needs. My goal with this journey is to help you spark your own health revolution.
